PROCESSING & shipping policies

1. Processing times are 4-9 business days (possibility of a shorter time frame).  

2. If an item is unavailable when order is processed we will contact you through email with an option to select a different item or refund.

3. Shipping is 1-3 business days or 2 day overnight shipping but there is a possibility of a delay due to COVID.

4. Once you've received confirmation that item(s) has been shipped this means 

A. Item is now at USPS facility and is waiting to be scanned

B. It has been scanned or shipped

This means that your package is no longer a Total Hair Collection responsibility. For all lost, stolen, not yet scanned or undelivered packages you mus contact USPS to file a claim or track your package. For Tracking click here: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input

Return policies

Due to the rapid change in inventory we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless Total Hair Collection is at fault for damaged products. All sales are final. Please note, Total Hair Collection LLC by Brianna Clarke reserves the right to refuse all returns.
